Nationwide HVAC Maintenance Program

Increase the life expectancy of existing, aging Lennox roof-top equipment, and reduce overall energy consumption.

USM developed a program that brought our client’s aging Lennox HVAC equipment up to optimum operating efficiency, reducing the amount of energy required to run the units on a daily basis.
Through USM’s efforts, the client realized approximately $92,000 in energy savings across 100 locations in California, with over $500,000 available in utility rebate incentives.
SOLUTIONS
USM’s scope of work covered the replacement and upgrading of internal components of the Lennox units. Using third-party technology, we compared energy consumption before the equipment was replaced or upgraded, and after – we were able to provide detailed reporting of the energy and cost savings to the client.
USM identified additional savings for the client by partnering with utility companies and a third-party provider to take advantage of available incentive rebate programs.
BACKGROUND
Our client operates a chain of over 1,100 retail stores offering a wide assortment of domestics merchandise and home furnishings, which include food, giftware, health and beauty care items, as well as infant and toddler merchandise, in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada.
